Merry Christmas!

Wow- I can't believe it is already Christmas. We started the day off with some presents!

Hubby got a shop vac and a remote control helicopter (thx Lloyd and DeAnn) he also got some clothes, golf balls and a Wii game!

Here is Little with his favorite present! (thx Ron and Jeanne) Little also got some clothes, Legos, golf clubs and other fun things.

Big had a Lego filled year! Today I spent HOURS putting together all the Lego sets. Here is Big with Indian Jones Legos. He also received some clothes, golf clubs, Legos, more Legos, and some other toys.

The boys each got a set of real golf clubs, including a bag and 4 clubs. (thx Grandpa Bubba) I can't wait to take the boys golfing this spring!

This picture cracks me up- as you can see by the box in the background, this is a Lego set that is supposed to make construction equipment. Little quickly assembled a gun and started shooting Big's Lego projects.



Tonight we had a birthday party for Jesus! This year when the boys headed to their room to put on their pajamas my mom and I did a "surprise party for Jesus". I am so glad that I have the opportunity to teach my boys the REAL meaning of Christmas!

This has become a very fun family tradition.

Braidy is 30!

Braidy turned Thirty this Saturday! Our close friends from college came into town as a surprise. Braidy's friend Steve volunteered to help keep Braidy busy on Saturday, here they are showing up to dinner. Braidy had NO clue! It was AWESOME!

Can you believe it? I paid $23.03 for these groceries, and I am going to get a $10 rebate too! I have not been a coupon freak, but I may become one! I am sure some will say the 8 boxes of cereal is crazy, but only those who haven't seen Big and Little eat.
I am now headed to Starbucks to buy a $5 coffee.... priorities!

5 already!

Today we celebrated Big's 5th b-day- I can't believe that I have a 5 year old...

I am WAY too young for that.

For Big's b-day celebration we took two of his friends to mini golf! It was very fun, although there wasn't much golfing... it was more bowling style.

Best Friends

This weekend we were very busy, but the highlight was when our friends came to visit for the night! Here the kids are eating dinner- my kids both ate an ENTIRE hamburger and a hot dog, and still had room for popcorn.
