I love all of the pictures but especially the one of Kyle's face when you were getting the tree! That is hilarious!! I'm glad you're capturing all of these memories now, so he will appreciate all that you did for him (and put up with! :)) when he is older. :)
Oh, that picture of Carter singing is priceless...what a sweet boy he is!
